Bayside United 0

Centenary Stormers 1

City 5 traveled to Bayside United looking to hold on to their top spot. They were met by a determined Bayside squad who fought hard to keep the score tight at 0-0 going into the sheds at halftime.

Stormers held the majority of the possession and had a goal ruled out for offside, two shots hit the woodwork and one shot put over the bar with an open goal from 10 yards out, before finally a deflected shot bounced into the net to give the Stormers a 1-0 victory.

Typical of a team from over the years that has shown the Stormer Spirit and always managed to get results against the odds.

 Ladder Position – 1st
